How does the Club Canary Dolphin Guarantee work on the Morro Jable dolphin trip?
You add it per person when you book. If no dolphins or whales are seen during the trip, the ticket price you paid is refunded in full, the deposit and the balance you paid on board. The guarantee fee itself is the only part that stays. Tell the crew at the dock or message us on WhatsApp the same day, the crew confirms with us what was seen, and Club Canary pays the refund. Whales count exactly the same as dolphins. Nobody can promise wild animals, so this is the only honest way to sell certainty, and we are the only company offering it from Morro Jable.
What counts as a dolphin sighting?
Dolphins or whales clearly seen from the boat and confirmed by the captain or crew, even briefly and even in the last minutes of the trip. A clearly identifiable fin counts. The boat keeps the distance the wildlife protection rules require, so a sighting is what you see from the deck, not animals next to the boat. If the captain cuts the trip short for weather or severe seasickness, the Guarantee does not apply and the fee is refunded.

No. Swimming with or touching dolphins is not allowed by law in Fuerteventura or anywhere in the Canary Islands. They are wild animals, contact stresses them and it is not safe for you either. No legitimate operator offers it, and a seller who promises it is a reason to walk away. This trip includes a short snorkel and swim stop in a calm cove instead, with the dolphins watched from the boat at a respectful distance.
How often are dolphins seen, and when is the best time?
The captain finds dolphins on roughly 7 out of 10 trips, across the whole year. There is no closed season, dolphins live here all year round, and pilot whales and humpbacks pass through at certain times. What moves the odds is the sea on the day, not the month, and nobody knows that weeks ahead. Book the slot that suits your holiday, and if seeing them really matters to you, add the Dolphin Guarantee.
Is the Morro Jable dolphin trip suitable for children?
It is mainly an adults trip. The boat is a fast RIB with limited shade and no toilet, and the trip takes about 2.5 hours on open water, so there are no child discounts. Families do join and enjoy it, but with young children we honestly recommend the 莫洛哈博私人包船: same waters, your group only, and you set the pace and the length of the swim stop.

- How to claim: tell the crew at the dock that you booked the Guarantee with Club Canary, or message us the same day. The captain and crew confirm with Club Canary what was seen, and Club Canary reviews the claim against these conditions and pays the refund.
