- The remaining balance is paid on the day before departure, in cash or by card, to the skipper or desk.
- The deposit secures your seats but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.

- Bookings of 1 to 4 people: free change or cancellation up to 72 hours before the trip.
- Groups of 5 or more: free change or cancellation up to 5 days before the trip.
- 48 to 72 hours before: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- 24 to 48 hours before: the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- 3 to 23 hours before: no refund of the deposit, plus a 20€ per person admin fee.
- Less than 3 hours before, a no-show or a missed departure: the deposit is lost and the full remaining balance is due.
