- Safety & Comfort: While we prioritize your well-being and enjoyment, if a guest decides to end the trip early, be it for personal reasons or seasickness, no refunds will be applicable.
- Behavioral Etiquette: We promote joyful boat parties, but unruly or disruptive behavior isn’t acceptable. The crew holds the right to terminate the trip without a refund if situations escalate.
Payment and Invoicing Details:
- Full Payment: Guests now pay the entire amount upfront. If you require an official invoice for this payment, do reach out.
- Concerns During the Trip: Though Club Canary representatives may not always be on board, any immediate concerns should be addressed directly with the onboard crew. Refunds or adjustments are subject to the captain’s approval.
Cancellation Terms:
- 14 days or more before the trip: Eligible for a full refund.
- 9-14 days prior: You’ll receive a 40% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 9 days but more than 4 days: Entitled to a 20% refund of the total amount paid.
- Between 24 hours and 4 days: No refund; the full amount paid is retained.
- Less than 24 hours or a no-show: Apart from losing the full amount paid, an additional penalty of 100€ per booked hour will be charged.
