Fuerteventura Boat Trips to Isla de Lobos – Information

1. Don’t forget your Club Canary ticket. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
2. Bring some cash or a bank card. You’ll need to pay the rest of the amount before the trip starts.
3. Bring your swimsuit, a towel, and sunscreen.
4. The boat crew speaks several different languages.
5. Up to 56 people can join the Oby Freebird Catamaran trip.
6. Don’t board the boat with an empty stomach, and avoid alcohol before the tour – this helps prevent seasickness.
7. If you get motion sickness easily, take a travel pill 30 minutes before the boat leaves.
8. The boat has places to sunbathe and shady spots to sit.
9. Anyone under 18 years old must come with an adult.
10. There are 2 toilets onboard – one for men and one for women.
11. You will be asked to take off your shoes. They’ll be kept safely until the end of the tour.
12. Please note: wheelchairs are not allowed because there isn’t enough space on board.
13. Smoking is only allowed at the back of the boat where it won’t bother other guests.

2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

• Weather Woes: When the weather’s iffy, our captain takes the helm of decisions. If he opts to cancel due to bad weather, you can either choose a new date or receive a full refund.
• Change of Heart: Modify your booking more than 48 hours before? No problem – Full refund! Adjust less than 48 hours in advance? You get 25% of your payment back. Alterations less than 24 hours or not showing up? Unfortunately, we can’t refund you.
• Group Bookings: For groups of 6 or more, our cancellation policy timings double. So, please plan accordingly!
• Day-of Dilemmas: Any concerns or issues on the day of your trip? Please talk directly with our onboard crew. Remember, refunds or changes can only be approved with the captain’s agreement.
• Acceptance of Terms: By booking with us, you’re accepting and agreeing to these terms.
