• Digital or Printed Confirmation: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed.
• Final Payment: Bring some cash or a credit card, as there’s a final payment due before the tour starts.
• Pack Smart: Don’t forget swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
• Language Assistance: Our multilingual crew ensures smooth communication.
• Capacity: This catamaran welcomes up to 21 participants for an intimate experience.
• Health Tips: Eat something before boarding to reduce the risk of seasickness. Avoid alcohol prior to the trip. If prone to seasickness, consider taking a travel tablet 30 minutes beforehand.
• Accessibility: Please be aware that due to limited space, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard.
• Smoking Policy: If you wish to smoke, please do so only at the designated area at the boat’s rear to ensure everyone’s comfort.
• Amenities Onboard: Comfortable sunbathing spots and shaded sitting areas. A restroom and a changing room are available. Guests are kindly asked to remove their footwear upon boarding. They’ll be stored safely and returned at the trip’s end.

For Self-Arrivals:

• Drop-off Service: If you’ve made your own way to the departure point but would like to use our drop-off service after the tour, please mention it in your order note.

Booking Note: Our catamaran offers daily shared trips. For specific departure times, it’s best to book at least 15 days in advance. If you’re making a last-minute booking, please double-check availability and timings with us, or opt for the “Whatever is most convenient” choice. Private Boat Hire Fuerteventura Policy

1. Sailing and Weather Rules
   The captain decides if it’s safe to sail. If there are worries about the weather, you can choose a different day to sail or get your money back.
2. Ending The Trip Early
   We care about how you feel. But, if you choose to come back early, like if you feel seasick, we can’t give your money back.
3. Paying for Your Trip
   You can choose to pay a small amount first to book your trip. Just tell us, and we’ll help you with that.
4. Problems During the Trip?
   Even if there’s no Club Canary person on the boat, the crew is there to help. If something isn’t right, please tell them. If you want your money back, the captain will decide.

Canceling Your Trip

• More than 7 days before: You get all your money back.
• 4-7 days before: You get 40% of your money back.
• 2-4 days before: You get 20% of your money back.
• Less than 2 days: No money back.
• Less than 12 hours or if you don’t come: No money back, and you pay an extra 50€ for each hour you booked.
