Stornierung
- More than 7 days before: full refund.
- 4 to 7 days before: 40% refunded.
- 2 to 4 days before: 20% refunded.
- Less than 2 days before: no refund.
- Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: no refund, plus 50€ for each hour you booked.
Changing Your Group Size
- You can adjust your headcount up to 4 days before the trip.
- Larger groups may cost more because of extra food and services, and everyone counts including children.
Zahlung
- Final payment is due before the trip starts, in cash or by card.
- You can secure your date with a smaller amount first. Just tell us and we arrange it.
Sailing And Weather
- The captain decides whether it is safe to sail.
- If there are concerns about the weather, you can choose a different day or take a full refund.

- Choosing to return early, including because of seasickness, does not qualify for a refund.
Problems During The Trip

Real talk: this is the value pick of our three private boats in Corralejo, and for most groups under 21 it is the one that makes sense. From 204€ an hour you get the whole catamaran, food, cava, and kayaks as well as the usual snorkels and boards. Fill it and it works out around 39€ a head on a four hour trip, which is shared-trip money for a private boat.
Two honest notes. The price can rise with a bigger group because the food and service scale, and children count in that number, so get an exact quote from us rather than multiplying the hourly rate yourself. And if the boat itself matters to you more than the saving, the 13-metre Bali at 390€ an hour is newer and includes pickup. We would rather point you there than have you compare the two and feel short-changed.
Over 21 people? Neither of these fits. Take the 23-metre party catamaran instead.
