More than 7 days before: full refund.
4 to 7 days before: 40% refunded.
2 to 4 days before: 20% refunded.
Less than 2 days before: no refund.
Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: no refund, plus 50€ for each hour you booked.

Changing Your Group Size

You can adjust your headcount up to 4 days before the trip.
Larger groups may cost more because of extra food and services, and everyone counts including children.

Maksājums

Final payment is due before the trip starts, in cash or by card.
You can secure your date with a smaller amount first. Just tell us and we arrange it.

Sailing And Weather

The captain decides whether it is safe to sail.
If there are concerns about the weather, you can choose a different day or take a full refund.

Problems During The Trip
