Private Boat Hire Corralejo Policy

1. Sailing Weather Protocols The captain holds the authority regarding sailing conditions. If any concerns about the weather arise, guests have the option to either reschedule their booking or request a full refund.
2. Ending The Trip Early Your well-being is our utmost priority. However, should you decide to return early, especially due to seasickness, refunds will not be provided.
3. Payment and Invoicing We understand the need for payment flexibility. If you’d prefer to pay only a deposit to secure your reservation, let us know and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
4. Immediate Concerns While Club Canary representatives might not be on board, our trusted crew is there to assist. If any issues arise during your trip, please address them immediately with the crew. Any requests for refunds are subject to the captain’s approval.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 7 days prior: Full refund.
• 4-7 days prior: You’re entitled to a 40% refund of the total amount paid.
• 2-4 days prior: A 20% refund of the booking amount will be provided.
• Less than 2 days: The booking amount is non-refundable.
• Less than 12 hours or no-show: Your booking amount is non-refundable and there’s a penalty fee of 50€ for each hour you booked.
