Thank you for booking your Corralejo charter with Club Canary. A private booking blocks the whole catamaran and its crew for your day alone, which is why the terms firm up as the date gets closer. Please read them before you book.

- More than 7 days before departure: full refund.
- 4 to 7 days before: 40% of the total paid is refunded.
- 2 to 4 days before: 20% of the booking amount is refunded.
- Less than 2 days before: the booking amount is non-refundable.
- Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: non-refundable, plus a penalty of 50€ for each hour you booked.
Payment And Invoicing
- Final payment is taken as the voyage begins, in cash or by card.

Weather And Sailing Conditions
- The captain has the final say on whether conditions are safe to sail.
- If there are concerns about the weather, you can reschedule or take a full refund.
Ending The Charter Early
- Your wellbeing comes first, so you can always ask to return early.
- Choosing to end the charter early, including because of seasickness, does not qualify for a refund.

- Any refund request arising during the charter is subject to the captain's approval.

Real talk: 390€ an hour is real money, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But you are hiring a 13-metre catamaran and a crew, not a seat. Fill it with 21 people on a four-hour charter and it is roughly 75€ each with paella, mojitos and paddleboards included, which is less than plenty of shared day trips charge for a bench and a plastic cup.
So the honest test is your group size. Twelve or more of you and this is straightforwardly good value as well as a brilliant day. Four of you and it becomes a treat you are paying properly for, which is fine, just go in knowing it. If the number does not work, take a shared trip and spend the difference on dinner. We would rather say that than take a booking someone regrets.
Two practical things. Staying in the south? Take the Morro Jable charter instead, not this one, or you will spend two hours in a car. And the calendar does not always show real availability, so message us with your date before you plan the whole trip around it.
