The Club Canary team is not on board, so raise anything during the charter directly with the crew, who can sort it there and then.
Any refund request arising during the charter is subject to the captain's approval.

By booking you confirm you have read and accepted this policy. Some of it reads strictly, and that is deliberate: a private charter means a boat and a crew held for one group, and a late cancellation cannot be refilled. Book a date you are confident about and none of this ever matters.
