- The remaining balance is paid in cash to your guide on the day.

Free Cancellation, 48 Hours Before
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your start time and get your full deposit back.

Cancelling Between 24 And 48 Hours
- You lose the full deposit.

- At this point your slot is hard to refill.
Less Than 6 Hours, Or A No-Show

- The Club Canary team is not on the tour itself, so raise anything on the day directly with your guide, who can sort it there and then.
- For everything before and after, we are here by email or WhatsApp.
