One Buggy, Up To Four People
A small buggy fits 1 to 2 people, the bigger buggy fits 3 to 4, so families and small crews can ride together. Kids over 1.20 m join as passengers, and if two of you hold a full licence, you can swap drivers and take turns at the wheel along the route.

Horaire et Point de Rencontre: Choose the 2 or 3 hour trip when you book. All tours start from the Station-service CEPSA à Matas Blancas, Costa Calma. Arrive at least 15 minutes early, parking is free and easy.
Ramassage : Free from Costa Calma, Esquinzo and Morro Jable. Add your hotel name when booking and we confirm your exact time. Outside these areas, meet us at the start point.
Driving And Age: Drivers need a valid full car licence, no provisional or learner licences, minimum age 18. Bring the physical licence, plus an ID card if your licence only lives on your phone. Two drivers with a full licence in one buggy can take turns at the wheel.

Que verrons-nous sur le Tour ?
Vous traverserez d'un bout à l'autre du sud de Fuerteventura, mélangeant pistes hors-piste et courts tronçons de route pour atteindre des endroits cachés. You pay a small deposit online to reserve your buggy. The remaining balance is paid in cash to your guide on the day. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden booking fees.
Annulation gratuite, 48 heures avant
Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your start time and get your full deposit back. Just email office@clubcanary.com ou envoyez-nous un message sur WhatsApp.
Cancelling Between 24 And 48 Hours
You lose the full deposit. For bookings of more than 3 buggies this window doubles: free cancellation up to 96 hours before, and the deposit is lost inside 96 hours.
Annulation moins de 24 heures avant
You lose the full deposit and pay a penalty of 60€ per booked buggy. At this point your slot is hard to refill.
Less Than 6 Hours, Or No-Show
You lose the full deposit and must pay the entire remaining balance. There is simply no time left to find a replacement, and the slot is lost.

The safari depends on safe weather and conditions. If the tour cannot run safely, you are offered another date or a full refund. Routes may change slightly on the day with the weather and the pace of the group.

The Club Canary team is not on the tour itself, so raise anything on the day directly with your guide, who can sort it there and then. For everything before and after, we are here by email or WhatsApp.
We do not include all of this to annoy anyone. Clear, honest rules keep everyone safe, treated fairly, and free of nasty surprises. A late cancellation or no-show leaves a buggy empty that someone else could have enjoyed. Stick to these simple rules and we will all have a great time, while respecting the island we love.
