Free Cancellation, 48 Hours Before
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your start time and get your full deposit back.

Cancelling Between 24 And 48 Hours
- You lose the full deposit.
- For bookings of more than 3 buggies, the deposit is lost inside 96 hours instead.

- You lose the full deposit and pay a penalty of 60€ per booked buggy.
- At this point your slot is hard to refill.
Less Than 6 Hours, Or A No-Show
- You lose the full deposit and must pay the entire remaining balance.
- There is no time left to find a replacement, so the slot is simply lost.
