Dienos kelionė mažoje grupėje į La Gomerą
The same island, a different pace: a minibus for 18 instead of a coach for 50, an official guide who stops where the big buses cannot, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pickup in south Tenerife and the fast ferry included. The one we recommend to anyone who dislikes crowds.

La Gomera džipų safaris
Open 4x4s instead of a coach: hotel pickup in Tenerife, the ferry, then a guided jeep safari over the mountain roads of La Gomera, the viewpoints, the forest and the valleys, about nine hours door to door. Pick the La Gomera route when you book; the same page also runs a Teide and Masca safari.

Whale Watching From La Gomera
The channel between La Gomera and Tenerife is where the resident pilot whales live, and from La Gomera you reach them in minutes on a small, quiet boat. The boat we worked with has stopped and we are arranging the next one. The page stays live so you can see what it was and ask us when it is back.
Also Arranged For Guests On La Gomera
Tenerife south to La Gomera and back by helicopter, including the golf resort at Playa de Santiago, arranged on request through our helicopter partner. The fifty minute ferry becomes a flight of about fifteen minutes.
Your own driver guide for a day around the island, a boat for your group, a private dinner. Built by hand, quoted the same day. Parašykite mums per „WhatsApp“.
Staying on La Gomera and want Teide, Siam Park or a whale trip on a sailing yacht? Take the morning ferry to Los Cristianos; most of our Tenerife experiences pick up in the south, ten minutes from the port.
What To See In La Gomera
A round island of 370 square kilometres, 22,000 people, one national park in the middle and deep ravines running to the sea on every side. You cannot see it all in a day, so here is where the day should go.
A laurel forest from before the ice ages, kept alive by the cloud that sits on the summit most afternoons. UNESCO World Heritage, moss on everything, silence. The centre of every tour for a reason.
The green valley on the west coast that ends in a black sand beach and the island's most relaxed village. Terraces, palm trees, a sunset that empties the bars.
Where the ferry lands and where Columbus filled his water barrels before sailing west in 1492. A church, a tower, a tiny old town, the harbour. Half a day is enough.
Two villages on terraces above the north coast, banana plantations below, the glass floored Mirador de Abrante above Agulo looking straight across to Teide.
The whistled language that carried messages across the ravines, UNESCO protected and still taught in school. Every guided day includes a live demonstration; it is stranger and better than it sounds.
The sunniest corner, with the golf resort and the fishing harbour. On the north coast, Los Órganos, a cliff of basalt columns like organ pipes, only visible from the sea, the reason we want a boat here again.
Is La Gomera Worth Visiting?
If you want nightlife, no. If you want the Canary Islands as they were before the resorts, yes, and more than any other island you can reach in under an hour. La Gomera has no big hotels, no motorway, one small airport and a ferry that takes fifty minutes from Los Cristianos. What it has is the forest, the ravines, the villages and a quiet that people from Tenerife drive an hour for. One day shows you the forest and the capital; three days lets you walk, and walking is what the island is best at.
