Nobody can promise wild animals, so we sell certainty instead. Add the Dolphin Guarantee for 75€ per trip, not per person, on any charter of 3 hours or more. If no dolphins or whales are seen, your Le prix total du voyage est remboursé and only the 75€ fee is kept.
Why per trip matters. On our shared dolphin boat the guarantee is 15€ per person. For a group of twelve that would be 180€. Here it is a flat 75€ however many of you there are, so the bigger your group, the better the private guarantee gets.

When it does not apply. If the trip is cut short by weather, motion sickness or your own request, the Guarantee is void. In that case the 75€ is refunded to you.

⚠️ The trade-off, and it is a real one. If you add the Guarantee, the trip has to prioritise wildlife watching. Swim breaks and sightseeing come after the dolphins, not before. So if your group mainly wants a swim and a cruise, skip the Guarantee and keep the freedom. If seeing dolphins is the whole reason you are booking, take it.

Thank you for booking your private charter with Club Canary. A private booking holds the boat and captain for your group alone, so please read these terms before you book.
Politique D’Annulation
- Annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant la date de la visite et vous serez intégralement remboursé.
- Cancel between 4 and 7 days before: 40% of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancel less than 4 days before: the deposit is non-refundable, and you are also charged 90€ per booked hour.
Paiement et facturation
- You can book with a deposit, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip by card or cash.
- If you need an invoice, request it before the tour. Final invoices are issued after the trip when required.
Safety And Weather
- Your safety comes first. If the captain decides the weather is not suitable, you can reschedule the trip or take a full refund.
- If you decide to end the trip early for personal reasons, for example seasickness, no refund is given for the unused time.
The Optional Dolphin Guarantee
- You can add a Dolphin Guarantee for 75€ per private trip, not per person, on charters of 3 hours or more.
- If no dolphins or whales are seen, the full trip is refunded, excluding the 75€ guarantee fee.
- A sighting counts when dolphins or whales are seen within 30 metres, even just a fin.
- If the trip is cut short by weather, motion sickness or your own request, the Guarantee is not valid. In that case the 75€ is refunded.
- If you add the Guarantee, the trip must prioritise wildlife watching. Swim breaks and sightseeing come after.
How To Claim The Guarantee

Real talk: this is the one we book for families and small groups in the south who want dolphins without sharing a boat. 520€ for three hours sounds like a lot until you split it. Twelve of you and it is about 43€ each, which is less than plenty of shared trips, and the boat is yours. It is a speedboat, so you get out to the animals fast rather than spending half your window in transit.
Two honest things about the Guarantee. At 75€ per trip instead of 15€ per person it is far better value here than on our shared boat, so if you are a group, take it. But it comes with a condition we will not bury: the trip has to chase wildlife first. If your family mainly wants a swim and a fast ride, skip the Guarantee and keep the freedom.
And one practical thing that catches people: free hotel pickup only covers up to 8 guests. Nine or more and you make your own way to the harbour. Worth knowing before you promise everyone a lift.
