取消政策

• 旅行前 7 天内取消，可获全额退款。
• 在4至7天前取消：将退还40%的定金。.
• 在提前不到4天的时间内取消：定金不予退还，且每预订一小时需加收90欧元的费用。.

付款与开票

• 您可以支付定金进行预订，剩余尾款可在出行当天以刷卡或现金方式支付。.
• 如果您需要发票，请在行程开始前申请。最终发票会在行程结束后按需开具。.

安全与天气

• 您的安全至上。如果船长认为天气不适合出海，您可以改期或全额退款。.
• If you decide to end the trip early for personal reasons, for example seasickness, no refund is given for the unused time. If you booked the Dolphin Guarantee, the captain first explains that an early return ends the Guarantee, and the 125€ fee is refunded.

可选的海豚保证

• You can add the Dolphin & Whale Guarantee for 125€ per private trip, not per person, on charters of 3 hours or more. Dolphins and whales both count.
• With the Guarantee, finding dolphins or whales is the main priority of the excursion. The captain searches for wildlife throughout the scheduled trip, including the time needed to reach the observation areas and return safely.
• If no dolphins or whales are seen during the scheduled excursion and wildlife watching stayed the priority, Club Canary refunds the full charter price, 520€ on the three hour charter, whichever part of it you paid to us or to the operator. The 125€ guarantee fee is kept.
• A sighting counts when dolphins or whales can be clearly seen from the boat and are confirmed by the captain or crew, while the boat respects the wildlife protection rules. A clearly identifiable fin counts. Whales count the same as dolphins.
• Swimming and snorkelling stops normally take place only after a sighting, if enough time remains. If nothing has been seen, the captain keeps searching instead of organising a swim stop, so a swim stop is not guaranteed with the Guarantee.
• Your choice on the day. If your group would rather stop searching and swim, snorkel, sightsee or relax, you can switch to a normal private charter. The captain explains beforehand that this means giving up the Guarantee, your agreement is recorded by the operator, the 125€ fee is refunded and the normal charter price stays payable. This is always your informed choice. The captain cannot stop searching on his own and then treat the Guarantee as lost.
• If you ask to return early for personal reasons, the Guarantee no longer applies and the 125€ fee is refunded. If the captain shortens or cancels the trip for weather or safety, the Guarantee rules do not apply and your normal rights do: reschedule or full refund.

如何申请保修

• 在行程结束时，让船长或船员知道您预订了海豚担保。
• The captain or operator confirms to Club Canary whether dolphins or whales were seen, and notes any itinerary changes on a Guarantee booking, such as a swim stop you asked for or an early return.
• Club Canary reviews every claim against these published conditions and your rights as a customer. The captain is not the final judge of a refund.
• Please make the claim the same day, so we can check it while everyone remembers the trip.

担保限制

• Club Canary may withdraw the Dolphin Guarantee up to 24 hours before departure if bad weather is expected, if 钙钛矿 or a sandstorm reduces visibility, or if conditions make sightings unlikely. We inform you as soon as we decide.
• You then choose: keep the trip without the Guarantee, with the 125€ fee refunded, or cancel the whole booking for a full refund of everything paid.
