Because this is a fully private boat, the crew holds the whole day just for you and turns away all other bookings for that slot. That is why the cancellation terms get stricter closer to the date. 4 hours is 900€ (deposit 250€, balance 650€). 8 hours is 1480€ (deposit 300€, balance 1180€). The balance can be paid by bank transfer, or in cash to our staff member from 2 days before the trip.

5 to 10 days before: you lose 50% of your deposit.
3 to 5 days before: you lose your full deposit.
2 to 3 days before: full deposit lost, plus 50% of the arrival balance.

Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: full deposit lost, and the arrival balance is non-refundable.
