2. Payment Details: Bring cash or a credit card to make the final payment before the trip commences.
3. Packing List: Remember to pack swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
4. Crew Languages: Our boat crew is proficient in multiple languages to cater to diverse tourists.
5. Boat Capacity: The boat can accommodate up to 10 guests, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone.
6. Stay Nourished: It’s recommended to eat something before boarding and avoid alcohol to prevent any seasickness.
7. Preventing Seasickness: If prone to seasickness, consider taking a preventative tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
8. Comfort Onboard: There are areas for sunbathing as well as shaded spots. The boat also offers a restroom and a separate space for changing.
9. Age Requirement: Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the trip.
10. Footwear Notice: To maintain the boat’s cleanliness and ensure everyone’s comfort, shoes will be kept in storage during the trip.
11. Accessibility Information: Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs onboard.

Private Boat Tip Fuerteventura Meeting Location

1. Meet-Up Point: Puerto del Morro Jable, 35625 Morro Jable, Las Palmas. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
2. Guide’s Assistance: Our representative will greet you at the gate and guide you to the boat. Here’s the departure location on Google Maps for your convenience.
3. Post-Trip Drop-Off: If you’re getting to the departure point on your own but wish to use our drop-off service afterward, please indicate it in your order note.

Flounder Fuerteventura Policy

• Weather Watch: Sometimes the weather doesn’t play nice. If bad weather stops our boat trip, the captain of Flounder Fuerteventura will decide. If he says it’s a no-go, you’ve got two choices: pick a new date or get your money back.
• Changing Plans: Want to change the date or cancel your Fuerteventura boat hire? No worries! Do it up to 6 days before and there’s no extra charge. Email us at office@clubcanary.com.
• Cutting It Short: If you decide to end your Flounder Fuerteventura sailing experience early, or if you’re not feeling well, remember we can’t give a refund.
• Looking for Dolphins: Seeing ocean animals is cool, but it’s a bonus, not a promise. If we spot any, we’ll make sure we don’t disturb them.
• Cancellation Rules: Cancel 4-6 days before? Get 40% of your deposit back. Cancel 2-4 days before? Your deposit stays with us. Cancel under 48 hours? There’s an extra fee – 50€ for each hour. Why? Because the deposit doesn’t cover our costs. If you don’t show up or cancel less than 6 hours before, you’ll be charged an extra 75€ for each hour. We’ve already got everything ready, and it’s a big hassle to change things last minute.
• Why the Extra Fees: We get everything prepped for your Fuerteventura private boat hire. Last-minute changes hurt because we’ve got the crew, snacks, and drinks all set.
