• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day to the guide. This is a rule from the bus company because a big part of the fee goes directly to the ferry tickets and local suppliers.
• There is an ATM at the harbor if you need cash.
• Self-Arrival (La Palma guests):
  • Adults: 85€ total (pay deposit online, rest in cash).
  • Children 3–11: 75€ (please contact us before booking).

  • No passport required if you are already staying in La Palma.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip.
• Groups 4–7: free cancellation up to 72 hours.
• Groups 8–14: free cancellation up to 4 days.
• Groups 15+: free cancellation up to 7 days.
• Cancelling 24–48 hours before → deposit lost.
• Cancelling 12–23 hours before → deposit lost + 40€ per person.
• No-show, arriving late, or forgetting your passport → deposit lost + 80€ per person.
• Only accepted exception: an official doctor or hospital note for the sick person.

🪪 Passport / ID Rule

• A valid passport or EU ID is required for all guests departing from Tenerife.
• Border checks are strict. Without valid ID, boarding is not allowed.
• Missing ID counts as a no-show under the cancellation rules.

🧣 Clothing & Comfort

• La Palma has different climates depending on the area. Bring extra layers.
