Overview
Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your Top Buggy adventure. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your booked experience upon check-in at the Top Buggy office in Costa Adeje. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Teide buggy trip information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Bring your driver’s license, either as a card or as a photo on your phone. Please note that we do not accept temporary licenses.
- Be sure to bring some cash, as the buggy trip requires a final payment before it begins.
- The buggies used for the trip are checked and maintained daily. They are also fully insured.
- Our buggies are CFMOTO 1000 sport model with automatic gearbox.
- A maximum of 4 buggies are available.
- One buggy can fit 2 persons. Children are allowed as passengers with a height of 1,20m and taller.
- When you book a double buggy, you are allowed to change the driver during the trip.
- To be on the safe side, come with closed shoes and bring something warm to wear. The temperature at El Teide national park can be chilly at times.

Top buggy start & meeting location
- Address: Calle Valencia 4, C.C Costa Local 7.3, 38660 Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
- You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- The location is very easy to reach by taxi. Top buggy office is located between the port Puerto Colon and the beach Playa de Torviscas. There are paid parking facilities in the area, the price is around 0.90 cents per hour.

Top Buggy trips policy
- Anyone with a valid car license may drive a buggy in Tenerife.
- This buggy trip requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Customers who arrive drunk or behave very badly, are turned away and do not receive a refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule the Top Buggy Adventure for free up to 48 hours in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or are not in time on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
- Complaints about the Top buggy trip, or things you don’t like should be discussed on the day. The Club Canary team is not present on the day, and cannot judge certain scenarios. Any compositions or such can only be dealt with at the Top Buggy office.
