Usually not, and for the Whales & Stars packages we do not allow it: the boat and the stargazing are on two different days that you choose. The Loro Parque plus whale watching package is also two separate days. The twin park tickets let you visit each park on any day within their validity. Each package page says exactly how its days work.

It depends on the package, and every package page shows it before you pay. The Whales & Stars and Private Whales & Stars packages are reserved with a deposit online and the balance is paid on each day, to the boat crew and to the stargazing guide. The Siam Park and Loro Parque twin ticket, the Aqualand and Jungle Park combo and the Loro Parque plus whale watching package are paid in full when you book, because the tickets are issued straight away. Every price includes taxes.

No, and we want to be honest about this before it happens to you. The package price is for booking the activities together, in one order. If you booked one activity on its own and later decide to add the other, both are confirmed with the operators at their normal price, and we cannot apply the discount afterwards or refund the difference. The guests who get the package price are the ones who find the package in time. If you are reading this before you book, you are one of them.

Yes. Each activity keeps the cancellation terms of its own product page. If you cancel one inside its free window, that activity is refunded, the package discount is removed, and the one you keep goes back to its normal single price. Weather cancellations by the operator are different: you choose a new date or get that day refunded, and you keep the discount on the rest.
