• Smoking: Only permitted in designated smoking areas of the parks.
• Swimwear: At Aqualand, proper swimwear is required for all rides and attractions.
• Animals: At Jungle Park you can watch the animals, but please never feed them with your own food. This is strictly forbidden to protect their health.
• Behavior: Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave both parks without any refund. These are family-friendly attractions.
• Children: All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Ticket Validity: When you buy the Aqualand & Jungle Park combo tickets with Club Canary, you pick a date for your first visit. From that day, your ticket is valid for 90 days to visit the second park on any other day you choose. Please note: each park can only be entered once.
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your first chosen date. If you cancel between 24–72 hours before, you’ll receive 60% back. Cancelling within 24 hours gives you a 40% refund. Once you have entered the first park, no refund or cancellation is possible anymore for the second park.
• Important Note: The Aqualand free shuttle bus is a complimentary service. In rare cases of delays or technical issues, Club Canary cannot be held responsible and refunds are not possible. If you want more flexibility, we recommend arranging your own transport.
