Jungle Park and Aqualand tickets information
- It can sometimes be very busy at the Aqualand and Jungle Park ticket office. If you have ordered your ticket in advance you will not have to stand in this line and you can enter the parks faster. The tickets you book via Club Canary also give you access to the entire park, including the animal shows.
- Two park ticket will have the same date on the ticket as the day of your purchase. This is not the date that you must visit the park. But from this date your ticket is valid for a period of 90 days. You may choose the day and time of your visit as you like and you do not have to inform us before.
- Jungle park is open year-round from 10:00 until 17:30.
- Aqualand is open year-round from 10:00 until 17:00.

Jungle Park and Aqualand Tenerife policy
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Swimwear must be worn on all of the rides in Aqualand.
- Do not feed the animals unless permitted by a staff member.
- People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Aqualand + Jungle park combi ticket can be cancelled at Club Canary free of charge up to 5 days before your selected date. After that there is no possibility to cancel or refund your ticket. After you have visited 1 park you cannot cancel your ticket for your 2nd park.

Aqualand’s popular dolphin show begins every day at 15:30 and is free to all visitors.
Jungle Park shows
1) Legendary birds of prey show is at 12:30.
2) Funny sea lion show is at 13:30.
Jungle Park feeding times
1) Raccoons feeding is at 12:00.
2) Penguins feeding is at 12:15.
3) Feeding the crocodiles is at 16:00.
