Instead of paying full price at two separate parks, you get one 2-park ticket that covers both, a water park day and a wildlife park day, for less. The Free Bus Service

Both parks have a free shuttle bus from selected stops around Costa Adeje, Playa de Las Américas and Los Cristianos. When you book in advance with Club Canary, your seat is secured according to the schedule below. Seats per departure are limited, and without a booking they depend on availability.

Do I have to visit both parks on the same day?

No. You select your first visit date when booking, and then have up to 90 päivää to visit the second park on a different day.

Is the 2-park ticket cheaper than buying separate tickets?

Yes. Booking the combo ticket with Club Canary is designed to save you money compared to buying both park tickets separately.

Can I use the free bus?

Yes. Free bus services run to Aqualand and Jungle Park from selected stops in south Tenerife when you book in advance with Club Canary. Seats are limited and schedules can change, as it is a complimentary external service.

Can I skip the ticket office line?

Yes. With your Club Canary online tickets you use the entrance for online ticket holders, instead of queuing at the ticket office.

Can I cancel my Aqualand and Jungle Park tickets?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before your first chosen date. Between 24 and 48 hours you receive a full refund minus 5€ per ticket, and less than 24 hours gives a 75% refund.

Can I cancel after using one park ticket?

No. Once the QR code has been used, or you have entered one of the parks, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.

Do prices increase in high season?

Park prices can increase during high season. Booking in advance is the surest way to secure the current available price and avoid last-minute changes.

If you are in the south of Tenerife with kids, this one is close to a no-brainer. Two proper days out, a water park and a wildlife park, on one ticket that costs less than buying them separately, and both are easy to reach from Costa Adeje, Las Américas and Los Cristianos. The 90 day validity means you are not rushed into doing both parks back to back.

Two honest notes. The free bus is a lovely extra, but it is an outside service with limited seats, so book it early or plan your own transport if you want to be sure. And park prices can creep up in high season, so booking ahead is the way to lock in the current price. The skip-the-line entry and the little voucher back are nice touches on top.

For a family holiday in the south, two big days out on one smart ticket. Easy yes.
