To secure your private stargazing Tenerife tour, only a 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the guide in cash on the evening of the experience. The deposit confirms your reservation but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before your trip.
Between 3 and 7 days before: deposit is lost and a fixed penalty of 150€ applies.
Between 12 hours and 3 days before: deposit is lost and a fixed penalty of 200€ applies.
Within 12 hours or no-shows: the full amount of the booking remains due.
