Thank you for booking your private stargazing night with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair for you and for the guide who reserves the whole evening for your group alone. Please read them before you book.

- To secure your private night, only a 50% deposit is required at booking.

Cancellation And Refunds
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before your trip.
- Between 3 and 7 days before: the deposit is lost and a fixed penalty of 150€ applies.
- Between 12 hours and 3 days before: the deposit is lost and a fixed penalty of 200€ applies.
- Within 12 hours, or a no-show: the full amount of the booking remains due.
- These conditions apply to both versions of the private stargazing experience.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are treated as a courtesy and are not guaranteed, especially in high season.
- If a booking is rescheduled after the free cancellation period, the original cancellation rights no longer apply. Rescheduling cannot be used to regain free cancellation after the deadline has passed.
