Parasailing Tenerife

1. Keep your Club Canary parasailing ticket ready on your phone or as a printout.
2. Wear swim gear, bring a towel, and do not forget sunscreen.
3. Suitable for almost everyone from ages 3 to 80.
4. The crew speaks several languages.
5. Each boat holds up to 10 participants. For a private trip you book all 10 spots, lasting about 40 minutes in total. Please note in the order how many people will attend.
6. Avoid heavy meals in the hour before flying.
7. Shoes and slippers stay in the harbour storage box, bare feet on board.
8. Smoking is not allowed.
9. Pregnant women (over 1 month) cannot take part.
10. Children under 12 need parental permission.
11. Not a fan of heights? Join as a spectator and enjoy the boat ride.
12. You may bring your phone or camera at your own risk. If it falls into the ocean, it is gone.
13. There are no discounts for children, elderly or disabled participants, as each person takes one seat on the boat.
14. Photos and videos are not arranged by Club Canary. The guides often offer this on the day, around 20 to 25€ per flight, but the price is not guaranteed and is agreed on the day.
15. Please check the policy section carefully. Not showing up, arriving late, or cancelling last minute will result in a fee.

Meeting Location, Puerto Colon

1. Meeting point: Pantalan 3, Puerto Colon, 38660 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
2. Please be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
3. The guide meets you in front of the gate and walks you to the parascending boat.
4. Puerto Colon has large parking, with an estimated fee of around 1,20€ per hour.
5. The exact meeting point and the Club Canary office are shown on the pin on your ticket.

• Weather conditions: if the weather makes your parasailing unsafe, we contact you at least 1 hour in advance to offer a full refund or a reschedule.
• Minimum participants: parasailing needs a minimum of 2 participants. If this is not met, we propose an alternative date or excursion, or give a full refund.
• Photographs: the parascending company may offer photos as souvenirs. Club Canary is not responsible for their content or quality, so please raise any concerns directly with the parasailing company.

Cancellation And Rescheduling

We aim to make booking your parasailing as easy and flexible as possible, with just a deposit. Plans can change, so we keep this fair and clear. When a guest does not show up, it means a lost spot and costs for us and other interested guests, so the following terms help us manage that:

• General cancellation: cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance for groups of 1 to 5. For groups of 6 or more, 48 hours notice is needed so we can fill the spots. Please send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
• Late cancellation fee: if you cancel within 12 hours before the trip (24 hours for groups of 6 or more), a late cancellation fee of 15€ per person applies. This helps cover the reserved spots and lets us keep offering small deposits.
• No-show and very late cancellation: not showing up, or cancelling less than 2.5 hours before the trip (5 hours for larger groups), means a penalty of 22,50€ per person. After this point you are responsible for the full outstanding amount, because a very late cancellation means we cannot offer the spot to someone else.
• Legal actions: we prefer to resolve things amicably. For smaller amounts we may contact the bank or payment platform to report non-compliance, and for larger amounts or repeat cases Club Canary reserves the right to recover outstanding payments. Thank you for your understanding.
