Gran Canaria Diving Information

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. Make sure you carry some cash and a credit card with you, as the diving trip requires final payment before it begins.
3. Wear swimwear and bring a towel and sunscreen.
4. Safe to book for anyone between the ages of 8 and 65 years.
5. The Scuba diving instructor speaks several languages.
6. Smoking is not allowed during this activity.
7. Research has been done and it is safe for pregnant women (less than 4 weeks) to dive. But still we will not recommend this.
8. Children under the age of 16 must have permission from parents.

Puerto Rico Gran Canaria Scuba Diving to Puerto Mogán

If you would like to try scuba diving gran canaria and you are staying in Puerto Rico, it is only 15 minutes away from Puerto de Mogán. We recommend you to take a bus or taxi to get here.

Scuba Diving Gran Canaria Policy:

Dive policies may be different at each dive center. Dives you book on this page will be held at the dive center Delphinius. The following policies apply here.

1. Should it happen that the weather on your chosen day is too bad or not safe for the activity, we will contact you. We will do this at least 1 hour in advance and we will offer you the option of either a full refund or rescheduling the outing.
2. Before you go diving, the diving school will give you a medical sheet to fill out. This declares that you are healthy and able to dive.
3. You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 48 hours in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. 
4. If you do not cancel on time or are not on time on the day of diving, there will be no refund.
5. Should, during the diving experience, you stop the trip early due to fear or discomfort underwater, no money compensation can be offered for this on the part of Club Canary.
6. If a tour has not been to your liking, and you feel you are entitled to a composition. Then you should discuss this on the day of your tour with the dive school staff of Delphinius. Club Canary is not present at your activity and can therefore not reflect on the circumstances.
