- Departs at 10:00 y dura alrededor de 2 horas, so you are usually back near 12:00. Arrive about 15 minutes early. The days it runs change with the season, so check the booking calendar.
- A full car licence held for at least 2 años, with the original on the day. Drivers without it cannot take part.
- Passengers join from age 12, and children must be with an adult. Licenced drivers who have held their licence for 2 years can swap once during the safari.
- Closed shoes are required, flip-flops are not allowed. Wear clothes you do not mind getting dusty. Bring your original licence, sunglasses and sun cream. Goggles are provided, and a buff or bandana helps for the dusty parts.
- For safety, the tour is not recommended during pregnancy. Our guides speak several languages, so the briefing is easy to follow.

- More than 5 buggies: the window is 72 to 96 hours before. Cancelled 24 to 72 hours before, the deposit is lost.
- De 12 a 24 horas antes: the deposit is lost, plus a fee of 25€ per buggy.
- Menos de 12 horas antes, o incomparecencia: the deposit is lost, plus a fee of 45€ per buggy. We send a payment link.
- Our partner charges us for the reserved buggies either way, so the deposit alone cannot cover a late cancellation. Cancellations go by email to office@clubcanary.com.

- The only exception is a real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot join, dated before the trip or the same morning. We need this for our partner. Feeling unwell without it is not enough for a refund. We know this is strict, and we are sorry, but it is the only way we can protect against last-minute cancellations.

- The rides depend on suitable weather. If we must cancel for hazardous conditions, you can reschedule or take a full refund. Your safety always comes first.
Conduct & On The Day
- Guests arriving under the influence of alcohol, or behaving disruptively, are turned away with no refund. Any issue on the day must be raised with the local buggy operator on the spot. Club Canary is not at the departure but is always happy to help you sort it.
