We reserve the right to deny service to anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or behaving disruptively, without a refund. Everyone deserves a safe, enjoyable ride.

The off-road sections are exciting but well-managed, designed to be safe and eco-friendly. Some find it a wild ride, others find it laid-back: the goal is a fun, balanced experience that respects nature.

4 to 5 buggies: the same 40% refund applies 48 to 72 hours in advance. Cancelled 24 to 48 hours before, the deposit is lost.
More than 5 buggies: the window extends to 72 to 96 hours. Cancelled 24 to 72 hours before, the deposit is lost.
12 to 24 hours before the trip: the deposit is forfeited, plus a fee of 25€ per buggy booked.
No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before: the deposit is non-refundable, plus a fee of 45€ per buggy booked.
