Feeling unwell without it is not enough for a refund. We know this is strict, and we are sorry, but it is the only way we can protect against last-minute cancellations.

- The rides depend on suitable weather. If we must cancel for hazardous conditions, you can reschedule or take a full refund. Your safety always comes first.
Conduct & On The Day
- Guests arriving under the influence of alcohol, or behaving disruptively, are turned away with no refund. Any issue on the day must be raised with the local buggy operator on the spot. Club Canary is not at the departure but is always happy to help you sort it.
