Trip Complaints
Any issues must be raised on the same day as your tour, directly with the local buggy operator, as the Club Canary team is not present at the departure. Any compensation is handled by the operating company, not by Club Canary, but we are always happy to help you sort it.
Off-Road Expectations
The off-road sections are exciting but well-managed, designed to be safe and eco-friendly. Some find it a wild ride, others find it laid-back: the goal is a fun, balanced experience that respects nature.

4 to 5 buggies: the same 40% refund applies 48 to 72 hours in advance. Cancelled 24 to 48 hours before, the deposit is lost.
More than 5 buggies: the window extends to 72 to 96 hours. Cancelled 24 to 72 hours before, the deposit is lost.
12 to 24 hours before the trip: the deposit is forfeited, plus a fee of 25€ per buggy booked.
No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before: the deposit is non-refundable, plus a fee of 45€ per buggy booked.
