Horario: Hotel pickup usually begins around sunset, with your exact time confirmed after booking. The whole experience lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours, and you are driven back to your accommodation afterwards.
Pickup Zone: Round-trip transport from the main tourist areas in the south, between Puerto de Mogán and Bahía Feliz. Please be ready at your hotel entrance at the confirmed time.

Si el instructor determina que la visibilidad no es adecuada para una observación segura o agradable de las estrellas, la excursión puede ser reprogramada o cancelada. En ese caso, se le ofrecerá una nueva fecha o un reembolso completo. Si no recibe ningún mensaje de Club Canary o del guía, la excursión se realizará según lo previsto. Tenga en cuenta que esta decisión corresponde al instructor profesional que realiza el recorrido, ya que es su responsabilidad y experiencia.
¿Dónde tiene lugar la recogida en el hotel?
Se incluye la recogida y regreso al hotel desde el sur de Gran Canaria. La zona de recogida se extiende entre Puerto de Mogán y Bahía Feliz, incluyendo las principales zonas turísticas como Puerto Rico, Amadores, Tauro, Arguineguín, Meloneras, Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés y San Agustín.

¿Qué ropa debo llevar para la excursión de observación de estrellas en Gran Canaria?

The tour costs 75€ per person. You secure your seat with a 25€ deposit via Club Canary, which counts toward the total price, and the remaining 50€ is paid on the day directly to the guide. Group discounts may be available depending on availability and group size.

Stargazing depends on clear skies, and the astronomy guide monitors conditions before every tour. If conditions are not suitable, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded. Guests are normally informed at least 1 hour before the tour if changes are required, and if you do not receive a message from Club Canary, the tour runs as planned.
Pickup And Timing
Round-trip transport from the main southern tourist areas is included. Please be ready at your hotel entrance at the confirmed pickup time. If you are late and miss the pickup, joining later by taxi may be possible but is at your own expense, and no refunds are possible for missed pickups due to lateness.
Niños
Children from 5 years old are welcome, at the same price as adults. Booster seats are available in the transport, please write the child's age in the order notes during booking.
