The show is built around three acts. Act one moves through Europe, act two into the rhythms and heritage of Africa, and act three crosses to the Americas. More than 30 international artists bring it to life, with the largest LED screen in a dinner show wrapping the stage in colour.

If you saw Origen before, or heard friends talk about it, Nomad is the show that replaced it at Sala Scala. Origen told a Canarian history and mythology story. Nomad is a new production built around a journey across Europe, Africa and the Americas, with a brand new tasting menu to match. Same venue, same quality, new show and new food.
It takes you somewhere 🌍 Each act drops you into a new world, from Europe to Africa to the Americas. The set, the music and the costumes change with every continent, so the night keeps moving.
What Is On The Nomad Tasting Menu?
The tasting menu follows the three acts. You start in Europe with a tortello filled with ricotta, sun-dried tomato and basil, with pesto, roasted cherry tomato and a Parmesan cloud. The main course moves to Africa, a spiced Maasai skewer with African-style caramelised onion and couscous of courgette, carrot and pumpkin. Dessert lands in The Americas with Tropical Universe by Yeray Reyes. A vegan menu follows the same three acts, and there is a children's menu for younger guests.

Payment And Tickets
All tickets are paid in full at checkout. There is nothing to pay at the venue for your ticket, only optional drinks on the night. After booking you receive your Club Canary ticket by email with all the details.
Dress Code And Entry
Smart-casual or elegant evening wear is perfect.
Welcome: jeans with a clean shirt, dresses, nice shoes and smart-casual outfits.
Please avoid sportswear, gym clothes, beachwear and flip-flops. If the venue refuses entry for a dress code issue, the ticket is not refunded.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the show start time.
Groups of more than 6 people: free cancellation up to 4 days before.
No refund for late cancellations, no-shows or failure to cancel. For illness or an emergency, contact us right away and we will do our best.
