That is exactly why professional observatories are built here. While stargazing is possible on several Canary Islands, La Palma offers the strongest combination of altitude, darkness, and sky clarity. If you want the best conditions in the Canary Islands, this is it.

Can we reschedule if the weather does not look perfect?
In general, no. This is a private experience with limited availability and two sessions per evening. The guide prepares the equipment and blocks the time slot exclusively for your group. Only if the guide decides that visibility is truly unsuitable or unsafe will the session be cancelled. In that case, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. For full details, please review our official policy.
What if we are worried about clouds?
Do not stress too much about small cloud movement. The universe does not disappear. The telescope allows deep-sky viewing even when conditions are not “Instagram perfect.”
La Palma is known for its dark skies and altitude above the cloud layer. Conditions are consistently strong throughout the year. If the guide feels the night is genuinely not suitable, he will contact you directly. If you do not hear from us, the session goes ahead as planned.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• The session cannot be extended for late arrivals.
• If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened.
• In extreme cases, it may be treated as a no-show according to our policy.
We strongly recommend checking your route in advance and ensuring your phone is reachable on the day.
Respecting the schedule ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
What if we lose phone signal in the mountains?
Signal can be limited at high altitude. That is why we recommend:
• Downloading the meeting point on Google Maps in advance.
• Arriving early rather than exactly on time.
• Confirming taxi timing carefully if not self-driving.
If you are unsure about directions, contact us earlier in the day, not when you are already driving up.
Does the deposit cover no-shows?
No. The deposit secures your private slot but does not cover no-shows or late cancellations. The guide blocks the evening and prepares professional equipment specifically for your group. Please book responsibly and respect the schedule.
