Avbokningspolicy
- Kostnadsfri avbokning eller ombokning upp till 4 dagar before departure (by email).
- 48 to 96 hours before: 40% of the paid deposit is refundable.
- 24 to 48 hours before: no refund.
- Mindre än 24 timmar eller utebliven ankomst: an extra fee of 100€ per booked hour may apply, as the deposit does not cover the full loss of the reserved charter.
- Sick last minute? Contact us right away. We always try to help, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Ansvar Och Beteende
- Arrive on time and follow the captain's safety instructions.
- Respect the crew, the boat and others in the marina.
- Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour can end the trip with no refund.
- Ending the trip early by choice, or due to illness, is not refundable.
