- 48 to 96 hours before: 40% of the paid deposit is refundable.
- 24 bis 48 Stunden vorher: Keine Rückerstattung.
- Weniger als 24 Stunden oder Nichterscheinen: an extra fee of 100 € pro gebuchter Stunde may apply, as the deposit does not cover the full loss of the reserved charter.

- Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour can end the trip with no refund.
