This is a Teide bus tour from South Tenerife, designed for travelers who want a simple and budget-friendly visit to Teide National Park with hotel-area pick-up included.

Schedule & Meeting Points:
• Total duration: ~5 hours (including pick-up and drop-off).
• Exact meeting point and time are shown on your Club Canary ticket after booking.
• Please be ready at least 5 minutes early.

Pick-Up Areas & Estimated Time Windows:
San Miguel & El Médano: 07:05–07:15 (Thursdays & Sundays only).
Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas & Palm Mar: 07:20–07:30 (Thursdays & Sundays only).
Costa Adeje & Playa Paraíso: 07:40–07:55.
Las Américas & Los Cristianos: 07:55–08:10.
Los Gigantes, Alcalá & Callao Salvaje: 07:05–07:20 (Tuesdays & Fridays only – contact us before booking).

Transport & Tour Style:
This is a shared sightseeing Teide half day tour by bus with scenic stops and free time at the main viewpoints. The cable car is not included in this program.

• Foldable wheelchairs only (max. 2 per bus – request in advance).
• Front seating can be reserved for guests with mobility or hearing needs.
• First short stop in Vilaflor includes toilet access.

Food & Clothing:
• No restaurant stop during this tour, eat before departure or plan lunch after return.
• Bring warm clothing, Teide National Park can feel cold even when sunny.

Deposit & Balance:
• Book with a 10€ deposit per person.
• Remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.
• Deposits do not cover late cancellations or no-shows, please review the policy section.

• Individuals & groups up to 3 people: Gratis annuleren tot 24 uur voor vertrek.
• Groups of 4–7 people: Gratis annuleren tot 48 uur voor vertrek.
• Groups of 8–14 people: Gratis annuleren tot 4 dagen voor vertrek.
• Groups of 15+ people: Free cancellation up to 6 days before departure.
• All cancellations must be requested via email at: office@clubcanary.com.

Late annuleringskosten

• Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before departure (12–48 hours for groups of 4+) are subject to a 10€ per persoon vergoeding.
• Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure, missed departures, or no-shows are subject to a 22.50€ per person charge.
• Deposits are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Booking & Deposit

• A 10€ deposit per person is required to secure your Teide half day tour.
• Het resterende bedrag wordt op de dag van de tour betaald.
• The deposit reserves your seat but does not cover losses caused by late cancellations or absence.
• By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

Pick-Up Policy

• Please be at your confirmed meeting point on time.
• If you miss the bus, the tour will continue and cancellation penalties apply.
• All buses are GPS tracked to verify pick-up locations and timing.
• If you believe your pick-up was missed, contact us immediately.

Tour Conditions

• This Teide bus tour does not include cable car tickets.
• Weather conditions at higher altitudes can be colder. Warm clothing is recommended.
• The route and timing may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.

Verantwoordelijkheid

• Club Canary ensures your booking is processed correctly with the local tour provider.
• Any concerns during the tour must be raised directly with the guide at the time of the activity.
• Refund decisions related to on-tour incidents remain at the discretion of the operating bus company.
