Wat gebeurt er als ik zeeziek word op de boot?

Deposit en betaling
Reserveer je plaats met een kleine aanbetaling via Club Canary en betaal de rest op de dag zelf, aan boord. De aanbetaling garandeert je plaats, maar dekt geen verloren plaatsen als je niet komt opdagen.
Annulering en Verzetten
Individuen en kleine groepen (tot 4 personen): gratis wijzigen of annuleren tot 24 uur voor de reis.
Grote groepen (5 of meer): gelieve 48 uur van tevoren kennis te geven voor gratis wijzigingen of annuleringen. Contact office@clubcanary.com.
Late Annulering En No-show
Bij annuleringen buiten de gratis annuleringsperiode, maar meer dan 6 uur van tevoren (24 uur voor grotere groepen), wordt 50% van het verwachte saldo in rekening gebracht.

This trip depends on suitable weather. If we have to cancel for unsuitable conditions, you can reschedule or get a full refund. If the Atlantic Star cannot sail and you cannot rebook, we try to arrange a spot on a similar boat where possible.
Whale Watching Guarantee Terms (Optional, 15€ Per Person)

If the boat has to return early due to severe seasickness on board, the 15€ guarantee fee is refunded, but no further sighting compensation applies, as it is beyond our control.
