The whales you will most likely see are pilot whales, residents of these waters all year round. To be clear, you will not see them underwater like in this photo on the trip, we added it so you know what they look like up close. Horario: Departures at 09:30, 12:30 and 15:30 from Puerto Colón, Gate 0, Costa Adeje. The trip lasts about 3 hours and never runs shorter than 2.5 hours.
Punto de encuentro: Gate 0 in Puerto Colón, enfrente del restaurante de sushi Yubari. Your guide meets you at the gate and walks you to the boat.

¿Qué pasa si me mareo en el barco?
La mayoría de la gente está bien. El barco permanece cerca de la costa (siempre se ve tierra), el trayecto dura solo unas 3 horas y un velero se mueve suavemente. Para estar seguro: come algo antes, evita el alcohol de antemano y toma una pastilla para el mareo 30 minutos antes de embarcar. Si te sientes sensible, siéntate en la popa, donde hay menos movimiento. Un baño en la rompiente suele arreglarlo todo.
¿Es bueno el snorkel en este viaje?
Seamos sinceros: la parada para nadar tiene más que ver con refrescarse y relajarse en una bahía tranquila que con hacer snorkel de clase mundial. Desde Puerta 0 en Puerto Colón, en Costa Adeje, frente al restaurante de sushi Yubari. Se encuentra a un corto paseo o a un breve trayecto en taxi desde Costa Adeje y la Playa de las Américas. Booking Policy And Guarantee Terms
Thank you for booking the Atlantic Star with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair for the small crew, the other guests and you, so every trip runs smoothly.
Deposit y pago
Reserva tu plaza con un pequeño depósito a través de Club Canary y paga el resto ese mismo día, a bordo. El depósito garantiza tu plaza, pero no cubre la pérdida de plazas en caso de que no te presentes.
Cancelación y Reprogramación
Individuos y grupos pequeños (hasta 4 personas): cambios o cancelaciones gratuitas hasta 24 horas antes del viaje.
Grupos grandes (5 o más): por favor avisen con 48 horas de anticipación para cambios o cancelaciones gratuitas. Contacto office@clubcanary.com.
Cancelación tardía y no presentación
Las cancelaciones realizadas fuera del plazo de cancelación gratuita, pero con más de 6 horas de antelación (24 horas en el caso de grupos más numerosos), conllevan un cargo de 50% del importe total previsto.
En caso de no presentarse, se cobrará el importe 100% del importe restante.
Late arrivals (up to 15 minutes past the meeting time) who show photographic proof at the meeting point are charged 65% of the balance, and we try to fit you on another boat or the next available trip when possible.

This trip depends on suitable weather. If we have to cancel for unsuitable conditions, you can reschedule or get a full refund. If the Atlantic Star cannot sail and you cannot rebook, we try to arrange a spot on a similar boat where possible.
Whale Watching Guarantee Terms (Optional, 15€ Per Person)

If the boat has to return early due to severe seasickness on board, the 15€ guarantee fee is refunded, but no further sighting compensation applies, as it is beyond our control.
