It covers whales and dolphins. You are guaranteed to see at least one of the two. The whales you normally see are pilot whales, and on very lucky days, sperm whales or other species.
Honest expectations. This is not a zoo. A sighting can be a group close to the boat, or simply fins breaking the surface within 30 meters. The crew cannot make whales jump on command. What we can promise is that this is one of the best places in the world to see them.

Elige la de 6 horas si quieres navegar hasta los acantilados de Los Gigantes. Elige la excursión de 9 horas para disfrutar de un día completo, llegando también a Masca, con pausas más largas y tiempo para navegar a gusto.
Una cosa que debes saber: elige el horario al hacer la reserva. No es posible añadir horas adicionales el mismo día ni pagar a bordo. El Atlantic Star es una embarcación muy popular y también realiza excursiones compartidas habituales, por lo que hay nuevos pasajeros esperando la siguiente salida. Si crees que quizá quieras quedarte más tiempo, reserva la opción más larga desde el principio.
¿Es seguro el viaje privado en barco para niños?
Sí. La cubierta tiene protección lateral y en un viaje privado siempre estás al lado de tus hijos. El riesgo real de caída es muy pequeño. El barco se mantiene tranquilo y no se inclina, por lo que se siente seguro y fácil. La mayoría de los niños se lo pasan genial.

Deposit y pago
Un pequeño depósito asegura tu reserva privada. Pagas el resto el día de la actividad, preferiblemente en efectivo a la tripulación. El depósito reserva tu lugar pero no cubre el tiempo perdido si no te presentas.
Cancelación y Reprogramación

12 to 48 hours before: lost deposit, plus 45€ per booked hour.
Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: 70€ per booked hour. This covers the minimum cost of the lost trip.

The guarantee is an optional add-on, priced per trip length in the booking calendar. It covers whales and dolphins, you are guaranteed to see at least one of the two. Specific species are not promised, but most encounters are pilot whales.
