Deposit a platba
- A small deposit secures your private booking.
- You pay the balance on the day, preferably in cash to the crew.
- The deposit holds your spot but does not cover lost time if you do not show up.
Zrušení a přeplánování
- Více než 72 hodin předem: bezplatné zrušení nebo změna termínu. E-mail office@clubcanary.com.
- 48 až 72 hodin předem: přijdete o zálohu.
- 12 až 48 hodin předem: propadá záloha a navíc se účtuje částka 45€ za každou rezervovanou hodinu.
- Méně než 12 hodin předem nebo v případě, že se nedostavíte: 70€ za každou rezervovanou hodinu. Tato částka pokrývá minimální náklady spojené se zrušenou jízdou.
Whale Watching Guarantee Terms, Optional
- The guarantee is an optional add-on, priced per trip length in the booking calendar.
- It covers whales and dolphins: you are guaranteed to see at least one of the two. Specific species are not promised, though most encounters are pilot whales.
- These are wild animals. A sighting can be a group near the boat, or simply a fin within 30 metres. That counts as a successful sighting.
- If the trip returns early because of severe seasickness, the guarantee fee is refunded. There is no further compensation for not spotting whales, as that is beyond our control.
- If adverse weather or an unexpected event changes the trip, the guarantee may not apply, and we discuss alternatives with you.
- If you took the guarantee and saw no whales or dolphins, you get a free private trip or a full refund minus the guarantee fee and any upgrades, decided with the guide before docking. We process this based on the captain's confirmation and any photos, and we fully trust the Atlantic Star crew.
