  → Los Gigantes route: 60€ fine per jet ski
• No-show or very late cancellation (less than 2 hours):
  → Deposit lost + 50€ fine per jet ski
  → Los Gigantes route: 85€ fine per jet ski
• All cancellation requests must be sent to office@clubcanary.com within the correct timeframes.
• No exceptions for missed departures due to lateness.
