A single jet ski gives you the machine to yourself. A double carries two people, the favorite for couples and families, and you can swap drivers on the way. No driving licence is needed for these guided trips: you can drive from 16 years old with parental permission, and younger guests from the minimum age ride as passengers with an adult.
Honest Expectations Before You Ride
Club Canary tells you this before you pay, not after. Phones stay on land, with storage for your belongings at the marina, and the Radikal team offers an optional action photo package on the day, so the memories are covered. Thank you for booking your Costa Adeje jet ski trip with Club Canary. These terms keep things fair: when you book, time slots, staff and jet skis are reserved immediately.
Deposit 及付款
You reserve with a small deposit through Club Canary. The rest is paid on the day at Puerto Colón, cash or card. The deposit secures your slot and is non-refundable outside the free cancellation windows below.

1 jet ski: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
2 to 4 jet skis: free up to 48 hours before departure.
5 or more jet skis: free up to 72 hours before departure.

Outside the free window, the deposit is lost.
Short-Notice Cancellation
Less than 12 hours before departure, or less than 24 hours for 2 or more jet skis: the deposit is lost plus a 30€ fee per jet ski. For the Los Gigantes route the fee is 60€ per jet ski.
No-Show Or Under 2 Hours
The deposit is lost plus a 50€ fee per jet ski. For the Los Gigantes route the fee is 85€ per jet ski. Missed departures due to lateness count as a no-show, no exceptions.
How To Cancel

Weather And Availability
Every trip depends on safe sea conditions. If the team cancels for weather, you reschedule or receive a full refund. If your selected time becomes unavailable, Club Canary offers alternatives or a full refund.

Drivers must be 16 or older with parental permission, younger guests ride as passengers with an adult. A valid ID may be required. Guests arriving intoxicated or behaving dangerously are refused without refund, and the team's safety instructions must be followed at all times.
