Driving Rules:
• You pay per quad, not per person.
• Max 2 people per quad (driver + passenger).
• Only guests with a valid full car driving licence may drive.
• Drivers can swap during the tour if both have a licence.
• Minimum passenger age: 5 years old.
• Maximum combined weight per quad: 160 kg.
• No flip-flops. Wear closed shoes and clothes that may get dusty.

Deposit & betaling

• With Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to secure your quad tour Lanzarote, this counts toward your total price.
• The remaining balance is paid directly at the departure point before the guided quad tour begins.
• The deposit confirms your booking but does not cover late cancellations, no-shows, or empty reserved quads.

Afbestillingsregler

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the quad biking Lanzarote experience.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour incur an additional 15€ per quad fee.
• No-shows or cancellations less than 3 hours before departure incur a 30€ per quad fee.
• These conditions apply to bookings of up to 3 quads. For bookings of more than 3 quads, cancellation penalties may increase proportionally due to reserved group capacity.

Ansvar og adfærd

• A valid full car driving licence is required to drive a quad.
• Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the guided quad tour Lanzarote.
• Dangerous driving, ignoring instructions, using phones while riding, taking unsafe selfies, or reckless behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• If damage occurs due to negligent or irresponsible behavior, the rider may be required to cover repair costs.
• Guests arriving intoxicated or under the influence will be refused participation without refund.

• If two riders exceed this weight, an additional quad must be booked.
• If weight issues arise at the departure point and extra quads are unavailable, adjustments must be made on-site without refund.
• Maximum 2 persons per quad.
