Deposit & betaling
- With Club Canary, you secure your Tenerife kitesurfing lessons with a small deposit, this amount is deducted from your total price.
- The remaining balance is paid before the kitesurf lesson El Médano begins, directly to the activity operator.
- The deposit confirms your reservation but does not protect against late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
- If cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson, the entire deposit is lost.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson, the entire deposit is lost and a 50€ penalty per person applies.
- If you cancel less than 1 hour before the lesson or do not show up, you lose the entire deposit and remain responsible for paying the full remaining balance.
- No refunds are given for arriving late, stopping the session early, or deciding that kitesurfing is “not for you.”
