Deposit & Pago
- With Club Canary, you pay a 15€ deposit to confirm your windsurf lesson. This amount is deducted from the total price.
- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the lesson directly to the instructor in El Médano.
- El depósito garantiza la reserva, pero no cubre cancelaciones tardías ni ausencias.
Política de cancelación
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.
- If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity, the 15€ deposit is lost and an additional 25€ per person must be paid to compensate for reserved instructor time.
- If you cancel within 3 hours before the lesson start time, or do not show up, you are required to pay the full lesson amount.
- No refund applies for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
- If a participant falls ill last minute, please contact us immediately. We will always try to assist, however the standard cancellation policy still applies unless otherwise confirmed by the partner.
