🚗 Szállítás és opciók:
Guests arrive independently at Puerto Colón. Parking is available at the harbor (approx. 1.20€ óránként). We recommend eating lightly before boarding and avoiding alcohol beforehand to reduce seasickness.

• With Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to secure your Opera 60 whale watching tour.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip, directly before boarding.
• The deposit confirms your reservation but does nem a késői lemondások vagy meg nem jelenések fedezésére.

Lemondási szabályzat

• Small groups (up to 6 people): Ingyenes lemondás vagy átütemezés legfeljebb 48 óra indulás előtt.
• If cancelled between 24-48 óra before departure, the deposit is forfeited.
• Groups over 6 people: Ingyenes lemondás legfeljebb 96 hours indulás előtt.
• If cancelled between 24–96 hours, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.
• Késői lemondások: Between 8–24 hours before departure: 15€ per adult és 10€ per child.
• No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations under 8 hours: 25€ per adult és 15€ per child.

• The Opera 60 is a shared whale watching tour, not a private trip.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the crew, other passengers, and marine life.
• Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding without refund.
• Seasickness does not qualify for refunds or route changes.
• If something feels wrong during the tour, please inform the Opera 60 crew immediately so it can be addressed on the spot.

• In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the trip may be cancelled.
• If this happens, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Wildlife sightings are very common but can never be guaranteed, as this is a natural environment.
