You are on the water about 3 ore. You leave roughly 2.5 hours before sunset and return about 30 to 50 minutes after, so the clock time shifts with the season (currently around 18:15 in summer and 15:30 in winter). Some evenings run slightly shorter or longer as it follows the sunset, so please do not stopwatch it. Your exact time is on your ticket.

Yes, it is the trip we book most for proposals, and no other Club Canary trip has hosted more. The Atlantic Star crew have great timing: they give you a discreet sign, and take the photos or video for you, or hand the moment over however you like. Drinks are included throughout: cola, Fanta, Cola Zero, water, cava, white wine and beer. Sandwiches are included, and you can pre-order pizza, paella or sushi (or a combo) as an upgrade in the booking menu. Celebration extras like a cake or champagne can be added too, and allergies or dietary wishes go in the order note.

From Puerto Colon, Poarta 0, in Costa Adeje, in front of the Yubari sushi restaurant. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Parking at the port is around 1.20€ per hour, and the full meeting map is on your Club Canary ticket.

Maybe, but treat it as a bonus rather than the main event. The boat is officially licensed to look for them, and the captain can try if you ask. Because sunset is a quiet time on the water, with fewer boats sharing radio tips on where the animals are, sightings are less likely than on a day trip, roughly a 50% chance at sunset against about 90% on a daytime whale watching trip. If seeing them is your priority, book a daytime trip instead.

Yes. The sailing boat is our all-round pick and stays affordable for a private evening. If you would rather go all out, we also run a separate luxury yacht sunset charter, a longer 4-hour trip on a higher-end yacht. Prefer a different yacht again? Just message us and we will see what we can arrange.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 zile before departure, by emailing office@clubcanary.com. Less than 3 days before, the deposit is lost. Between 24 and 3 hours before there is a 225€ penalty, and less than 3 hours before or a no-show is a 300€ penalty, since the boat, crew and provisions are reserved just for your group. Weather cancellations get a new date or a full refund.

Not at all, it is completely normal here. Around 85% of our bookings are for two people, almost always couples, and about half of those are marriage proposals. Yes, the boat fits up to 11, but hiring it just for the two of you is exactly what most guests do. You get the whole deck to yourselves, total privacy, and a relaxed evening with nobody else around, which is the whole point.

Yes. Every booking comes with a free collectible card magnet de la Colecția Club Canary, the first collectible card set of the Canary Islands. We print it at our Costa Adeje office for you to collect. For a proposal or special occasion, you can also have one customised with a photo of the two of you for a small fee, and we can have it ready at the office or post it to you, a nice little reminder of the moment.
