- The remaining balance is paid directly at the diving school in Puerto Colón before starting your diving course Tenerife.
- The deposit secures your spot but does not cover late cancellations, fines, or no-shows.

- If cancelled more than 7 days before the diving course Tenerife: 40% of your deposit is refunded. 60% is retained for preparation costs.
- If cancelled 3–7 days before the start: no refund of the deposit.

- If cancelled less than 12 hours before or in case of no-show: no refund of the deposit + 225€ per person fine.
