- The course runs over 2 days, starting at 09:00 each morning (exact timing confirmed after booking).
- Meeting point on Paseo Marítimo in Los Cristianos (Arona), with the exact spot and pin on your e-ticket. It is in the south of Tenerife, close to Las Américas and Costa Adeje.
- You can come on foot, by taxi or by car. Round-trip hotel pickup is from 5€ per person from south Tenerife hotels, with collection usually 08:20 to 08:30.
- El Médano and the La Arena area are 15€ per car. If you want pickup, add your hotel name when booking.
- Suitable for ages 10 to 70. Guests under 16 need parental permission.
- You need basic swimming skills and to be medically fit for diving. Please read the official PADI Medical Statement before booking.
- Pregnant guests should avoid diving. A calmer option is our Tenerife snorkelling trip.

Deposit & Payment
- You pay a small deposit with Club Canary to reserve your place.
- The balance is paid at the dive school in Los Cristianos before you start.
- The deposit secures your spot but does not cover late cancellations, fines or no-shows.
Cancellation
- More than 7 days before: 40% of your deposit refunded (60% is kept for preparation costs).
- 3 to 7 days before: no refund of the deposit.
- Between 12 hours and 3 days before: no refund of the deposit, plus a 150€ per person fee.
- Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: no refund of the deposit, plus a 225€ per person fee.
- Once the course has started, no refunds are possible.
Course Conditions & Responsibility
- The course is planned as 2 days, but may extend to 3 days due to weather or safety, at the instructor's discretion.
- You must have basic swimming skills and be medically fit for diving, per the PADI Medical Statement.
- If you stop the course early, this must be discussed with the dive center. Refunds are not possible once training has begun.
- Guests who ignore safety instructions may be refused continuation without a refund.
