- Participants must have basic swimming skills and a reasonable level of fitness.
- Minimum age is 8 years. Maximum age is 70 years. For exceptions, please contact us before booking.
- We aim to group participants by similar age and level, but exact group matching cannot be guaranteed.

- If the session is cancelled due to unsafe or hazardous weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

- A small deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the session.
- The deposit secures your instructor and time slot.

- Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity, the deposit is lost and an additional 25€ per person must be paid to cover reserved instructor time.
- If you cancel within 3 hours before the lesson start time, or do not show up, you are required to pay the full session amount.
- No refund applies for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Refunds & Complaints
- If you decide to stop the session early due to fear, discomfort, or personal reasons, refunds are not possible.
- If you feel unwell before or during the session, inform the instructor immediately.
- Any concerns or complaints must be discussed directly with the activity provider on the day of the session.
- Club Canary is not present on-site and cannot process refund claims without confirmation from the local partner.
